I believe that mental health is just as essential as physical health. This belief led me to pursue advanced education and clinical training in psychology. I earned my Doctorate in Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, and I also hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, which I completed in 2011.

As a licensed psychologist with specialized training in both clinical and forensic psychology, I bring over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I provide personalized, compassionate care for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, stress, and life transitions.
In addition to individual therapy, I offer forensic psychological services such as evaluations, assessments, and expert consultation. I am committed to ethical, objective, and culturally-informed forensic practice.
